The following community service opportunities are "HOT OFF THE PRESS"!  Be sure to act quickly as they are only available for a limited time only!

B-R is hosting a robotics competition for the first time this year.  March 10-12, 2017!  It is called the South East MA New England District Event.  There will be a plethora of jobs for students to do at this event.  We will need people from Friday noon to Sunday at 11pm.  Students will be selling food, handing out safety glasses, cuing robots, helping the judging team, setting up the field, breaking down the field, manning the help desk, all kinds of tasks.

If you are interested in helping and getting community service time, please contact Mrs. Calef.

The Laliberte Parents Organization is looking for 4 high school volunteers to babysit during the parent organization meetings at the Laliberte Elementary School. Students will be watching approximately 4-8 children, ages 5-10, during the meetings in the Cafeteria. Coloring pages, crayons, worksheets and/or easy crafts will be provided, or volunteers may help students with homework.

Bridgewater - Raynham will be hosting the Special Olympics Basketball tournament again this year on Saturday, February 11th.  This is a fun opportunity to earn community service hours.  There are 2 options:  7:30 - 12:00 or 11:30 – 5:00. We love volunteers to stay for the whole day, but you must sign up for two sessions to do so.  This means you must register twice!!

Please see Ms. Kuntupis in Room E202 with any questions.

We need about 75 volunteers for each session and there are lots of ways to participate.
