Facilities Department
The mission of the Bridgewater-Raynham Facilities Department is to create, promote, and
maintain a safe and healthy environment that will positively impact the education in each building.
The strength of the Facilities Department is represented by the custodian, ground, and
maintenance personnel. Their objective is to treat every member of the community with courtesy,
dignity, and respect while providing the highest quality service. Collectively, the Facilities
Department is committed to developing sustainable and efficient policies, procedures, and
infrastructure that will be conducive to whatever services the District needs to support its mission.

INVITATION TO BID HVAC UNITS LALIBERTE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Legal Notice Bridgewater Raynham Regional School District School Committee, Bridgewater, MA 02324 The Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District, pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 149, invites sealed bids for the furnishing and installation of three (3) rooftop HVAC units at LaLiberte Elementary School, 777 Pleasant Street, Raynham, MA. Work includes the removal and replacement of units, electrical systems, gas systems, controls, crane services, and related finish work. All applicable Massachusetts public construction laws, prevailing wage, DCAMM certification, bid bond, performance/payment bond, and OSHA requirements apply. Bid documents available October 10, 2025, on the Bridgewater-Raynham School website. A pre-bid site visit will be held on October 17, 2025. Sealed bids are due by October 24, 2025, with the award to be made on October 27, 2025. Substantial completion required by December 31, 2025.
